- 1/3 Cup Butter ( melted and cooled to lukewarm temperature)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp oil (we suggest coconut)
- 2 Tbsp Milk (we love coconut milk)
- 2/3 Cup Flour
- 6 Tbsp CocoaX
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Except for the milk, mix all wet ingredients together with beater until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients and add milk a little at a time until you have a cake like batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes in an 8×8 square pan.
Double recipe for 9×13.
